Thank you all!! Well, there’s a gremlin. I first tried again this morning, and the problem was still there. Just to be sure I cleared the System Cache again, and the problem was still there. I then deactivated ‘everything’ and the problem disappeared. I have now, one by one, reactivated each app and plugin, clearing the cache each time, and now it works, with everything re-activated?? Anyway, thanks for your help and I’ll revert if the problem persists.

Indeed, that was it. I removed the translated string. Note, however, that the only thing ‘off’ about the translated string was that it mentioned the email address a second time. Anyway, I’ll just leave it as is for now. Eventually, see if you can replicate?

This is the English message that appears on screen right after registering (in language bits it’s reg_confirm_email_desc)

Also, in regex101.com I can't seem to put the first / and the /gm. It asks for a \ escape. But without it works fine, I just have to force the uppercase 😉

• Any uppercase letters (no limit on # of characters) followed by exactly 4 digits
• No digits allowed before the the letters
• No letters allowed after the four digits
• No special characters allowed

Nope, that's not it. Even with Radtags deactivated it crashes.

Any thoughts on the possibility of rotating a given advertisement ‘location’ periodically. Here’s what I mean. I have a single advertiser per day on my community. I would like to make that ad into the ‘Sponsor of the Day Advertiser’. So every day, I would like my sitewide ads (or ideally do so each different location) to rotate to a different ad. based on a time It could be hourly, daily, weekly, only on Sundays, etc. Currently, I have to go in manually and enable or disable the source advertisement.

Not sure this will be a priority for most… 🤐

I initially used the Commerce helpdesk. I then went external. Was not happy, came back inside.

This morning when I set it up, it worked. When I added the support menu and clicked on it, it went to https://mydomain/support - Well, now it no longer does. It goes to the directory list as per the image.

Any thoughts on what I did wrong? I admit, I did a couple of things on cPanel including deleting the old support system and also had deleted, and now re-entered a subdomain with support.mydomain...

Never mind, I fixed it. I went into cPanel and turned OFF indexing. It now directs to the IPS support desk. Thx.
