1. There is an option to set how many videos in category. Edit your category and find "Videos per page"
2. Edit your external server and turn off "required?"

Maybe add option under "Allowed content areas in clubs" ?

Do you enable "author can change thumbnail" ? If yes, member will see that option when posting new topic.
