If you believe you've found bugs in the software, post it in the bug tracker[/url}.

The issue with being a paying customer, but not marked as one has been taken hundreds, if not thousand, times.
In short, you have to log in with the same details as you use in your client area. And if you are, all you need to do is log out, and log back in again. If that doesn't solve your issue, file a ticket to account assistance.

I can just see it now...

    Charles> Hey guys... I found a bug.

bfarber> Here... have a can of raid. Go back to your office.

Charles> No seriously guys... I found a bug!

    Matt> Yeah, and I'm Madonna.

Are you staff or just trying too hard?

Would it be possible to add number of reputation points as a criterion for group promotion? I think this is a better way of determining quality of members than number of posts and days since joining.

Suggestion: Please add an AdminCP option to remove signatures when displaying PMs! They drive me nuts on my board when reading/scrolling through personal conversations.

I can see the need in forums where they work better, but in PM's I think signatures are too distracting!

There are some trolls on the board. Your first post I could understand someone giving you a negative rep because you seem impatient in it. But after that, it's just ridiculous. (Now watch, I'll get negative rep for what I just now said.)

I gave you a few + reps to help you out some (except the first post). Someone else is giving you + points too but I don't know who.

I'd like to request something similar like settings evalPHP for applications.
As it is now, all apps with a public title is shown, no matter if the user has access to it or not. A field for raw PHP code could "solve" that.

    $show = 1; if ( ! in_array( $this->memberData['member_group_id'], explode( ',', $this->settings['theseHaveAccessToIt'] ) ) { $show = 0; }

And, a checkbox to completely hide the application from the main navigation, allowing us to make UCP-only applications, and similar.

Martin A. reacted to TrixieTang in Quick PM should have a "Use Full Editor" link
Currently if you go to someone's profile and try to send them a PM, if you decide you need all the editor options you don't have them, and there isn't a way to get to them short of copying what you typed so far, going to your messenger, typing in the name of the member, and pasting what you had written...

There really needs to be a link on the "Quick PM" popup like their is on the fast reply, "Use Full Editor" which keeps what you'd written, who you're sending it to, and takes you to your messenger to send a PM with access to all the editor options.

I just tried to give positive rep to a post that I found helpful and I get a message saying I have reached my quota Guess we wont be able to thank members for all helpful posts with positve rep now and have to be selective

    What is the new quota?

    #show_topics# would be better/worse/w/e :P

I think #show_modules# will benefit those who make hooks that are restricted to certain sections on the board. Global Forum Message and IP.Shoutbox, just to mention a some.

I doubt it. Since they actually have to support these releases, I think they'll update on Tuesday. If they release it on a Thursday or Friday, they'll get a huge backlog of support tickets and bug reports. Instead of letting it soak here over the weekend, and do the final finishing touches on Monday, and release it the next day.

Indeed, I'm doing usability studies on the site. I find this kind of thing fascinating...

We've already made a couple of small tweaks to the site based on these :)

What about a new constant? "HOOK_EDIT_MODE", or something. As with any other constants, place that in initdata.php, and setting that to 1, would enable those edit sections. Which would allow any administrators to edit the hooks, without facing any security risks by putting the whole board IN_DEV.
