The file is free, I'm not even sure why you're talking about money. Anyway as the file description says the plugin hides the IP addresses in posts for all who can see them except for admins. In some countries there are (stupid imo) laws that force only a site administrator to be able to view such information.

I figured out the issue, if you have Designer Mode enabled you get that error and can't install it. I disabled Designer Mode and it installed fine.

Wow, probably due to the new field I added on Account Settings, where I ask if the user wants to view the members flags ? Default to 1. As guests doesn't has records in members table, they're not viewing.

Well, it seems that your board or language (don't know) doesn't like the apostrophe on the plugin name.
I just changed from Member's Country to Members Contry and everything is working fine:

Are you doing a fresh install or upgrade from Tutorials 1.5.X ?
If that's a fresh install, I suggest you to uninstall the app, remove the folder from your server via FTP and then reinstall it. If it still insists, drop me a PM and I'll take a look tomorrow in the morning.

I would bet on it. This (and other plugins) extends the regular board files, not files from any app.
The same way, I bet flags won't appear there as well.

Existing members: Just log out and log in to update the country. Or, if allowed by the admin, go to Account Settings and pick your country.

Are you saying that instead of SIGN UP appears the invitation code ? The email template shows the Sign Up text:

Not possible currently. The whole thing of plugin IS add the flag, didn't occur me that someone would want to remove it.
I'll add this also in new version; probably an empty option above the first country... then you select it and save it.
