and I assume {insert="stats/browse.php"} will still work in content pages, which I use for the History section to pull in self written files and database (the main reason why I can't use the cloud hosting as I'd lose this). I'd rather that be an App too but no point getting that ready for this version of the forum now.

This is the main one https://www.foxestalk.co.uk/matchratings/season/5-202223/ which I've used for 5 years. A ratings application, where a poll is posted after each match to rate players 1-10. Results are calculated and displayed per match and overall season ratings too. I also have an adblock checker which is more to my suiting, not the ones offered in the marketplace here and online indictator which I had rewrote from an old hook that no longer worked.

4/6 of mine I paid someone on here to make, as they were specific requests. My forum wouldn’t be all what it is without a few of them at least as it adds something different

Less sluggish on mobile, if you compare swiping back and forth to a XF forum, then Invision is slow. I think it maybe because Invision activates a reload when you swipe and XF doesn't.

Looked at that originally but it needs the photo to be uploaded into a post on the topic itself which isn't what I'm after, since alot of topics don't have an attachment, and sometimes they do which are not relevant.

More than anything else, I want to be able to set a share image for a topic should I want to. I don't want to just use the same default share photo for every single topic. If I share a topic on social media, I want a photo related to that specific topic to be the image in the card. Have tried to get a hook/app for this for many years and nothing has worked

Sometimes they see sense, like when they readded for topics to go to latest unread post. That took years though. I do tend to agree with them about the post numbers, if posts get deleted then that number you may have referred to will likely not be the same.

I meant you suggested you were going to make something available in the software notifiying users to confirm/update their email or something along those lines

If hooks are going, whats the process to get my current ones working on the new version? I only use a few, online indicator, EZ scroll top and an adblock checker. Also I have quite big ratings application that I assume will break. Also, you said ages ago you were going to prepare for removing display name login, there's been no sign of that. I still disagree with this entirely and can't see any benefit, I've not had a single hacking complaint in 19 years on my site.

A better mobile experience. A fresh new look but don't strip it completely down so its as bare as IPB 4 was initially (it was basically mostly white)

Doesn't work as well as guest page caching did though, guests can't change themes is an issue too.

@Jim M I'm using those Cloudflare settings you mentioned a while ago, as well as restoring cache page timeout to constants.php but I've noticed when a viewing site as a guest it doesn't remember when changing to a different theme. and when clicking around it shows a mix of the theme I've changed to and the original default theme. Is there any way around this?

Allow a meta image to be uploaded per topic. Currently it just uses the default share photo so every shared topic looks the same if shared on social media (means less clicks and interest). This is something I’ve needed for years which I’ve not even been able to get a working mod for.

There is no issue there. But as mentioned for some reason other files downloaded worked, but this set of files I reduced in tinypng didn't.

I'm wondering whether its just these files that have the issue, I reduced the file size for them through the tinypng site. I just tested downloading some random google images and uploading them and they went through without error.

No and like I said it happened on the Invision account too which is in a different group. Also tried it on a normal member and the exact same is happening

I'm logged in as admin and the limit hasn't been changed for a long time. and php limit Logged in and tried on the Invision account on my site too with the same error.

When trying to upload photos I'm getting error messages that I've reached the limit even though I'm way off. Gives this error. Tried lots of different photo combinations with the same result, seems it thinks the limit is much lower than its set as.
