Did you changed your board URL in the conf_global.php file?

Did you opened notifications settings page on the frontend? I think it would be suggested there for sure.

For 99% there are MyISAM tables still. Double check all of them. For example via PhpMyAdmin.

I suggest start digging there. Maybe there are some '.htaccess' glitches which need to be checked again?
