FM Graphics Posted May 12 Share Posted May 12 Hi I've been having an issue on my site for a few weeks which only allows new members to download content from the downloads area when they leave a review. I haven't made any changes to the downloads permissions or any other permissions such as groups so I'm a bit lost on this one. Hi Mark Members should be allowed to download once they've registered and reviews are optional. This is how the site has operated since opening. However, now for some reason they are having to leave a review to be able to download. I haven't changed any permissions at all and when I check everything looks fine. I simply only require members to register to download and for some reason now have to leave a review to do so. This is how I've always had things set up. Some are now claiming they are being logged out of the site when attempting to download and the only fix is to leave a review and it works fine. It does not seem to effect most members but only new members. Jim M Posted May 13 Share Posted May 13 Please check to see if you have server caching or browser caching enabled through your server. If you do, disable it.
