NuLife RP Posted April 3 Share Posted April 3 (edited) Good morning! Sorry on the title wording, I really couldn't think of a way to word it. I'm wondering if it is possible for when a person creates a post that it automatically has [UNRESOLVED] next to the title and once a staff member completes the request, the staff member can change it to [RESOLVED] or if they are working on it [IN PROGRESS] Hopefully this makes sense! Randy Calvert Posted April 3 Share Posted April 3 There is not a way that I’m aware of to automatically add a tag by default without some sort of modification. Instead you could have NO prefix at all by default and then assign a prefix once a staff member resolves it. Joel R Posted April 4 Share Posted April 4 Be aware that you can define certain forums boards to be Question and Answer. This will change the templating of the section into a primary post and other comments that can be voted up and down and marked as the answer.
