December 6, 20231 yr The issue is probably in your Meta developer account. You have to prove your eligibility over and over again and go through a lengthy process to get the necessary permissions for individual services. I’ve given up on it. It’s just not worth it anymore.

We find this with a lot of facebook stuff, unfortunately.
February 14, 20241 yr I've disable everything Facebook in our community, the only that is left is the social icon directing users to our FB page. It became such a hassle, login with FB, Promote to FB, just a PITA.
February 15, 20241 yr Author I have no problem with Facebook nor Instagram, but Instagram embed is not working.... I have opened this ticket and being told problem is on Instagram side, but i have contacted Instagram and they told me there NO problem on their side... Here i keep getting same output that Instagram is the problem side.... Not sure what to do this point...
February 15, 20241 yr Community Expert Can I please clarify that you have facebook set up on your site, the embeds side set up on facebook, and that they have checked your specific account for an issue, rather than generally?
