October 2 in Technical Problems
Our admin CP has had the following error message for over a week (dated 9/11, it seems). The Run Now button fails because the task is in progress, and there is nothing in the log. Wondering how to fix this?
Apply the optional patch in your ACP support section and then try again.
The patch did not resolve the issue.
After applying the patch, go to the tasks section and unlock it. After it’s unlocked you should be able to run it.
It should actually disappear the next time the task runs through
