We had ssl but the conf_global.php was not going to https. I have an older version of the board don't know how to clear the caches. But I got into the cpanel.  Need to make sure the version I have can be switched to php 8.1

You can clear cache by using the Support option in ACP > System > Support.

Do the following:

  1. Disable all 3rd-party resources (plugins/applications)
  2. Put a default Invision theme in place
  3. Ensure your site is working
  4. BACKUP your software and database.
  5. Download 4.7.6 manually
  6. Put PHP 8.0.x in place
  7. Upload/upgrade to 4.7.6
  8. Test your site.
  9. Login to the ACP and go through the Marketplace onboarding and link your MP-purchased resources (if any)
  10. Update those resources (do not enable any)
  11. Test your site
  12. If all good, enable any 3rd party resources one at a time and test each time.
