What version are you attempting to upgrade from? Version 3? This database table is very old and sounds like you do not have it in your database.

Currently at 4.7.1

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

I just went ahead and did that, let me know if that works.

Unfortunately, the admin credentials are incorrect for our software and we are missing full FTP details.

Ok, I have updated  them with a different set of credentials. Let me know!

Please be advised I have escalated this to a ticket. Please watch your email for further correspondence.

Is there a way for me to abort the update in the meantime?

You would not want to do that as our team is investigating and can not do so without the upgrade where it is. However, if you choose to do so, you can restore a full backup (database and files) from before the upgrade attempt.

I see that was sorted for you by my colleague. Please let us know if you have any further issues.
