Invision Community 5: A video walkthrough creating a custom theme and homepage By Matt Thursday at 04:02 PM
Greek76 Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 So I was viewing my forum with a test account and I noticed that whatever threads I edited with my administrator account and even though I checked the box to not show that thread or post has been edited but my dummy account is still able to see that I edited. Any ideas?
Adriano Faria Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 It will appear regardless what you set if you enabled edit history.
Marc Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 It will also show to some people, regardless. For example moderators will see this. We would need examples in which to take a look at, in order to advise further
Greek76 Posted January 24, 2022 Author Posted January 24, 2022 That’s the thing it’s showing to regular members that don’t have access to see that a thread or post was edited by an admin. What kind of example do you need? Thanks
Marc Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 I would need a link to the topic, and the name of a user who you believe shouldnt be able to see this Greek76 and SeNioR- 1 1
Greek76 Posted January 24, 2022 Author Posted January 24, 2022 (edited) Here is a link to the topic. The user that shouldn't see it is my test account user Test123. https://newyorkchatters.com/topic/24-did-you-know-that-you-can-buy-off-peak-lirr-tickets-and-use-it-for-peak-hours/#comment-37 Edited January 24, 2022 by Greek76
Marc Posted January 25, 2022 Posted January 25, 2022 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
