Hello

I have an error message that appears on our forum

[[Template forums/front/index/forumRow is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

everything is correct with the themes.
What should I do to stop seeing this message?

It doesn't seem so.

Have you tried to run the support tool to restore the default theme like the message says, or have you tried different themes to see if they too are affected? You should also deactivate any third-party applications or plugins you have recently installed, as they may cause issues such as this.

I cant actually seem to get to a few pages on your site. Have you moved servers? Also, have you tried disabling all 3rd party items to test this?

@Runar everything was working fine until two days ago, we have been using the theme: ChameleonDark 4.6.8 for several months

@Marc Stridgen

We have made some changes since a few days.
Mainly with "page" and databases.
and also some graphical modifications.

we moved some forums, but using the tree structure of the admin.

We did not move our servers they are still hosted at the same place and we did not touch that side.

I cannot get to the post content at present due to a block you have on post content from certain locations. In order to take a look at that, you need to ensure the user on file has full admin access, and that item is disabled.

is this a legal issue.

Because the member does not have access to the HTML.
And I edited the iFrame

thank you for your help

but I do not understand this problem of recaptcha?

sorry my English is very bad, I wanted to talk about permission.

I don't see any application or recaptcha plugin in the admin.

Is there an option in the admin menus?

This is not something that is within our software. So something being added by a 3rd party item, or by your server. If you are unsure, you should contact your hosting provider

As mentioned, you need to make sure the account on file has admin access. At present there is nothing I can check

Note, the front end of your site is also now showing in maintenance

As mentioned in my first response, you should disable all 3rd party items to test. This is being caused by the 3rd party item "collaboration", which is named "Academy" on your site. When that is disabled there are no issues present

thank you very much for your help.

Sorry I had disabled the group collaboration application.

But when I wanted to uninstall the application, it must have activated.

I wish I could uninstall Group Collaboration permanently, but I get an error message:

I don't want this application anymore, its author doesn't update it and it doesn't work with version 4.6
