below scene can be set up?

After a customer purchase a renew product, example $100 this month, then the user continue pay for next 3 months, after that customer need to suspend this renew by 2 months, then continue pay for the renew payment...

admin can manually suspend this renew billing by 2 months and it will be active again? (an option that let us introduce in a field 2, then the renew product will be suspend by 2 months, after 2 months it will start send the recurring billing notifition automatically)

No. This is an old issue with Commerce product renewals and was never solved properly (or even acknowledged). Customers are supposed to keep their subscriptions active at all times. Once the invoice expires (e.g. after two-weeks grace period), the product cannot be purchased again, since there is already an invoice issued. But the invoice also cannot be paid since it expired. It’s very confusing for the customers and makes the admins loose money, since users cannot renew even if they want to.

You can kind of work around that by allowing multiple subscriptions of the same product, but that is also very messy since people then might have multiple subscriptions for the same product active at the same time.

Interesting. What do you think would be a good solution to this?

Making it so the subscription expires, but not the invoice?

Everything should expire as it was set up, but once that happens, the product should become available again as a new purchase to previous subscribers just as it is available to everyone else. That’s what kmk and everyone would expect.
It’s kind of obvious. If I subscribe and later cancel a newspaper or app store subscription, I will always be able to start the subscription again after a pause. The worst that should happen would be that the new purchase might be more expensive now than an old renewal price I could keep while being subscribed, but I should not be blocked from subscribing again for the majority of subscription products.

Additional of Cancel option, add Suspend option, after click the Suspend button, customer need select which month (Calendar) the renew product will be actived and send Billing notification.

When customer Suspend the renew product and select the active month or day, this should be need approved by admin, because this is a Deal action. So admin can say yes, then the product will act as the customer requested. If admin say no, that mean this Deal is can not be accepted, then return a message to customer, say that product renew can not be suspend, continue or to be canceled. In this return message opportunity maybe cool if set an ability where let admin give a new offer to keep the customer continue the renew product, Example, the message return by admin set up new renew price, the original renew was 100, the incentive to continue the renew is 20% discount for x months, or a flat discount. Customer need to confirm to continue or cancel the product, if customer don't take action then after x days this renew product will expire and can not to be active more, because maybe there contain price and benefit variants.
