I want to add an emoji to this, but also want it to be visually compatible. 

Are these emojis the IPS team's own drawings?

I want to add "Smiling Face with Heart-Eyes"
I also want to replace the existing "Like" (Heart) drawing with "thumbs up".

 

What would you suggest me? Which emoji set would it make sense to use? Or can I find IPS's own images for what I want?

You can replace/add as many as you want and those are the ones IPS has been using for a long time.

Search for "Reactions" in your ACP and you'll find where you can add/replace/delete them.

Presumably so, or licensed by IPS. You can choose to commission similar reactions, create them yourself, or as Morrigan suggested, replace them all with a style that is uniform so that they all look consistent.

I think they were designed by @Rikki maybe he could give you the base.
