Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Christine35 Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 Hello I just moved a forum to another forum category and then all the forums have completely disappeared. They do not appear in the member area or in the backend. I'm close to a heart plug, what can I do?
Daniel F Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 This was caused by a bug which was fixed in the meanwhile. but it seems that you haven't applied the patches:/ Please submit a ticket and we'll fix this for you:)
Christine35 Posted February 20, 2020 Author Posted February 20, 2020 Thanks a lot, Daniel. How do I get a "ticket"?

Christine35 Posted February 20, 2020 Author Posted February 20, 2020 Super, your support got it. THANK YOU THANK YOU
bfarber Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 Alternatively in the future, you can run the support tool in the AdminCP and after the tool runs you are provided with an opportunity to submit a ticket right from your AdminCP.

I got this problem right now in my dev board (localhost). Already ran the ACP Support Tool and didn't fix: What is the manual fix as I can't submit a ticket to may localhost install? Tks.
bfarber Posted February 24, 2020 Posted February 24, 2020 After installing the patch you have to run an SQL query for the forums to show back up.
