bfarber Posted February 20, 2020 Share Posted February 20, 2020 Alternatively in the future, you can run the support tool in the AdminCP and after the tool runs you are provided with an opportunity to submit a ticket right from your AdminCP. I got this problem right now in my dev board (localhost). Already ran the ACP Support Tool and didn't fix: What is the manual fix as I can't submit a ticket to may localhost install? Tks.
