August 9, 20186 yr I have not noticed this with my Invision Cloud community ... but have noticed with certain other sites (NOAA's Storm Prediction Center) using Chrome over the past few weeks. As with you, the message appears for an instant and then the site loads normally. One way or another, I am guessing it has something to do with a recent Chrome update and Chrome looking for "something" it doesn't find immediately.
August 9, 20186 yr https://www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/address-in-use-message/ This suggests the issue is related to a recent Chrome update, possibly when using multiple tabs for a site. https://www.howtogeek.com/fyi/google-chrome-will-start-using-10-more-ram-now-thanks-to-spectre/
