Egorkin
Yotube is inserted as a link, not as a video-why can this happen? 4.3.4 the forum, the link looks like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNNNNNN
opentype
For a specific video (which one?)? All videos? For a single user? For all users? You don’t provide much information to go on.

It turned out that after inserting the link you need to wait 3-5 seconds and then it will turn into a video. If you click "Send" immediately the link is not converted to video
bfarber
When you paste a link into the editor, it is sent to the server to validate. For a youtube link, the URL is then passed to Youtube's oembed endpoint to verify it is valid and collect some other details. How long this will take depends on many factors, but it may take a few seconds in some environments certainly.

If you include the link inline to text, then it won't appear. You need the link on its own line: www.youtube.com If it's still not appearing, check your editor settings to make sure that you allow embeds. And if that doesn't work, you should panic and send in a support ticket.
