“Failed Security Check”

This is what the buyer is seeing when trying to make a purchase.  Could someone please give some guidance?  I have tried to reset any items that I thought to be relevant.

So this only happens to people who are registering an account and buying a new product at the same time?

If they register without purchasing something too, do they get this error message as well?

Must be something in your ACP settings but I'm not sure what...

Their shipping address may not match their billing address.  You may also want to see if you have any commerce anti-fraud rules setup.  

If none of that works, then panic and send in an IPS Support ticket.

Actually, “Security Check” in the registration form is simply the Captcha. 

Check out if is set up correctly and showing when the registration page is first loaded. If it was filled out incorrectly, the screenshot shown above would be “working as intended”.

I totally forgot about Captcha. Good catch!
