how do i change the name to the new website in all places? like:

i have changed that to runesoft but it remains rune on the website

Try Support->Something isnt working and it should clear the servers cache.

Did you try the option mentioned

Wouldnt that only work if you use files as your datastore? where as the actual support area clears whatever you have set as the cache method.
