I hope someone in here can provide me with some help.
I would like on my forum, when a member creates a topic or replies to one, the text will be in "normal" colour, BUT when a moderator or administrator creates a topic or replies to one, their text would another colour, maybe the same colour as the group colour.

Nope, not exactly. I cant find anything about group text colour. :-)

Not exactly what you want but inbuilt has this option:

 

Yes, as Dean_ noted, this is now built-in.

Edit your Admin/Moderator group(s), "Content" sub-tab, find and enable "Highlight replies", then save the group. Repeat for other groups as needed.

The person is asking for help with changing the text colour in posts, not the post background colour.

I'm not sure I have ever seen that. Maybe it could be done as a theme edit?

Ah yes, apologies, I misread. That would take a plugin or some type of customization.
