I am trying to convert over from XF but when the converter asks for the path to the photos (which should be the Avatars, correct?), it always tells me the path is wrong. I know it is right because when I enter it into the browser it shows me the Avatars.

Please advise.

Not that I have used that converter before, but I guess it wants a file path on your server, not a URL.

You may need to input the server's directory path such as /nginx/home/public/xf/avatars/

This is a question for @Stuart Silvester I think.  

I had the same issue. Joel is right.

/home/myforum/public_html/forum/data/avatars

It gives you an example
