For some reason I can't get past Step 2. of the automated installation process.. I enter my email and password, it spins, and returns to that screen and wont let me advance to 3 step 3.

Does this version require a full install or can we use the up-grader?

Yep, same here. Initially was entering incorrect password and it was warning about that, but that has been corrected and it loops back to requesting the credentials.
