If you use a IPS4 <4.1.9 then you should update your board or use version 2.1.3 of the plugin. You also ned to check if your theme is compatible with IPS 4.1.9. There was a change on Account Settings, which causes updated plugins not to work on ourdated themes. Link to comment

It won't work if the designer removes the css selector. I see the theme is updated to IPS 4.1.10: If it doesn't work, then probably the CSS Selector isn't there. Link to comment

This Account Settings layout is from IPS <4.1.8 (options are above). IPS 4.1.9, is like that (options are on left side): Your skin is outdated. It shows 4.1.10 but the Account Settings in not updated, so plugin won't work there because IPS changed the CSS Selector. Your options: Ask the designer to update the theme Use this theme with an old version of my plugin, compatible with that Account Settings. Link to comment
