How to upgrade from Beta 2 to Beta 3

1. Go to ACP -> System -> Applications -> Check for updates button.
2. Go to ACP Dashboard.
3. Click the Download button on the update notification.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions. 

It's not that different compared to 3.x. You could also upgrade the same way as you upgraded previously (see http://www.invisionpower.com/support/guides/_/install-and-getting-started/upgrading-r19).

That one's easy to fix. Just create the datastore folder.  But, you'll probably run into more problems after that, so I'd recommend waiting until things are sorted out.
