July 2, 201212 yr You must be patient. IPS usually answers tickets as fast as they can within 24 to 48 hours. Remember, you are not the only customer IPS has to answer tickets.
July 2, 201212 yr Also, Don't "bump" your support requests. I have a little feeling you might be doing so.

July 2, 201212 yr I can not get any support from IPS, not even a response to my very simple questions. Why is this a paid service If you're not gonna answer the client? Support via tickets takes a little time but not a lot. Also you should wait the require time frame before saying something 24-48 as stated above. Give them time you will get a reply.
July 2, 201212 yr Management I looked under the account you posted on here and you have not submitted a support ticket since December 2011. Did you submit it on another account?
July 2, 201212 yr Please note that the forums are for peer to peer support only. Official support is available through the client center. If you posted a topic and haven't gotten a response, I recommend making use of the ticket system at http://invisionpower.com/clients/ (I was unclear from your first post if you submitted a topic or an actual support ticket)
