merk_aus Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Also waiting for 3.2 version. Would be good (now with the release of 3.2.3 and html e-mails) if this could be intergrated with it where we could have html e-mails being sent out through this newsletter system.
markopolo2002 Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Sorry to go off topic a little, I was about to ask how you knew the new version was out but I see from the news section it was released on the 18th .... wow, how many times do Invision need to be told their notifications options are screwed up, I'm subscribed to that forum and yet no email !!
JimJimJimJim Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 I have a need to notify all members of all topics with new replies. From your screenshots I wonder if this is possible with the newsletter?
Jinkler Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 There's an issue with displaying HTML, I've been testing it out for her as it refuses to play ball with Windows Mail. Haven't heard anything for about 3 weeks now though, so not sure if she's given up or what?
PrettyPixels Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 This looks great! Waiting on the 3.2 version here, too. I do have one feature request. Is it possible to include a check box during registration for the member to subscribe? It would be checked by default, and the new member could un-check it during registration if they weren't interested in receiving the newsletter. I've seen this done on a number of large retail sites.
markopolo2002 Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Hmm, no response in quite a while now ... I wonder ??
Jinkler Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 She's active, just not in this topic for some reason. I'll send her a PM, I've spent $30 on this, and it doesn't work at the moment (for me anyway).
markopolo2002 Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 This is what worries me - when someone needs to be reminded that there are people actually waiting to buy this, then an existing customers says it's not working it really only leaves us to make our own minds up in the absense of any recent info ... can't really say I'd be rushing to buy this anymore, particularly with a yearly subscription
HeadStand Posted November 11, 2011 Author Posted November 11, 2011 It's been a really really really long time coming (I know, I know), but the 3.2 version has been released.Important note: I've decided to upload the 3.2 version as a separate file, it is currently pending approval in the marketplace. If anyone needs their purchase transferred, please PM me and I'll gladly do so. Another note... the 3.2 version does not have renewal terms. I will be removing the renewal terms from this version as well. My sincere apologies to everyone for taking so long, and I very much appreciate your patience.
Powerboat Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 Delighted to have found this thread as I've been asking about a mod like this for the last year in the main forum to uncharacteristicly deafening silence. Just checking before I buy that it's up todate? All of my forums are 3.3.0. Kind regards, Stuart

All of my forums are 3.3.0. Kind regards, Stuart There is another version of this application that is specific for 3.2, you can find it here: I haven't fully tested it on 3.3, but I believe there are a couple of users that are running it on that version. I do intend to test it (hopefully within the next week or so), but I haven't had a chance yet.
WestTac1 Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 I'm having an issue. The date for events in the newsleter is always this: Events (Next 30 Days)MTA Police Officer Rick Stanton 10-13 Fundraiser - 01/01/1970 How do I resolve this?
