Graeme S. Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 Awesome mod! Just an idea for the future, maybe you could make it so that people could add custom options to that menu. Anyway, keep up the awesome work mate!

Adriano Faria Posted April 18, 2011 Author Posted April 18, 2011 Yeah, thought in make it as App where you could add options... so I decided to wait to see if it would be well received. I'll do it in a next version! :)

Maxxius Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 Cool hook! Really worth of becoming a nice app! Keep improving it! Sweet!! :)
alexp999 Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 I've just installed this and tried flagging a topic, but I get nothing in the reports center. Help! EDIT: The ACP statictics show an increase in report count though. But nothing in the reports center :S EDIT 2: NVM, was a permission issue, all fixed now! :D This mod returns success even if you do not have permission to report.
Adriano Faria Posted April 19, 2011 Author Posted April 19, 2011 This mod returns success even if you do not have permission to report. It checks the permission to report.
alexp999 Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 It checks the permission to report. It checks its own permissions, whether or not to show the Flag dropdown. But it does not check the report permissions. I was able to make a report, without the required permissions. I.e., I was able to report with your mod, but not report the traditional way.
Adriano Faria Posted April 19, 2011 Author Posted April 19, 2011 Weird... it has the permission checker in its script; but I'll take a look asap.

You're right! What's New in Version 1.0.1:Fixed the bug that was allowing non authorized groups to report topic/posts Just reupload the XML and you're done.
BariatricPal Posted April 20, 2011 Posted April 20, 2011 Yeah, thought in make it as App where you could add options... so I decided to wait to see if it would be well received. I'll do it in a next version! :) I'd pay for this ;-)
allen2012 Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 maybe i did this wrong but members cant use it it says [#10136] You do not have permission to report the item you are attempting to report. how do i fix this
Adriano Faria Posted April 24, 2011 Author Posted April 24, 2011 Probably you chose a group in hook settings that can't report topics/posts. Take a look in post plugin in your Admin CP.

xChris777 Posted May 18, 2011 Posted May 18, 2011 Is there any way you can remove certain options in the menu? We don't have rules against people bumping topics, so there is really no need for that. Awesome hook though, we use it everyday.
Adriano Faria Posted May 19, 2011 Author Posted May 19, 2011 Sure. All options are switchable with settings. Take a look at the HTML document from this hook.
xChris777 Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 Sure. All options are switchable with settings. Take a look at the HTML document from this hook. Ah, sorry, I jumped to conclusions. I didn't see the settings, my bad.
Jim Posted July 10, 2011 Posted July 10, 2011 Any news on when this will be updated to include custom flags? Thanks for making a very useful mod :)
