"You Have Been Kicked"

Featured Replies

Whenever someone disconnects from the chatroom, or there is a chat server reset it says "You Have Been Kicked From This Chatroom." Obviously that is not correct, so can this be changed in a future version? Some may even consider this a bug.

That message is not shown when a user simply disconnects.

When the chatroom restarts, you are actually kicked from the room - so the message is accurate.

Wouldn't something like "You have lost connection to the chatroom. Please reload your page." sound better though? When users get kicked, they believe it was a moderator or an admin who actually kicked.

Actually members on my forum face this problem too. They keep getting kicked after 5 - 10 minutes.

When I click "Leave" on my chat room I see the message "You have been kicked from chat" as it closes, and have often wondered if that's strictly true or an appropriate message for when someone chooses to leave?

Cheers,
Shaun :D

You should submit a ticket for technical support.

i submit my ticket 29 october

and jason answer me

Hello, Happened to me, too.. Let me send this up to see if there are any ideas on it.

Then you should await a response from a Tier 2 technician. This is how the ticket system works.

As this forum is not for support issues, however, I'll go ahead and close the topic for now. Please feel free to share any suggestions for the product in this forum if you have any, or if you require peer support you can post here. Thanks!
