No, 3.1.0 is still in heavy development. We definitely won't be releasing 3.1.0 Beta this year.

Yes there will be new features hence it being a 3.1.0 but these havent yet been disclosed what they will be.

a friend of mine who knows another friend who happened to know someone outside of IPS but inside the community (1) claims that all the suggested features posted in [url=" topic are going to be implemented.

IMO this is a very "solid" source of information and I believe him :lol:
