Posted March 4, 200916 yr If someone has long name and he/she is in online list at the end of row, then online list looke like this: And second thing: there is useless space below statistics, Calendar events could be moved there Button for hide New topics list looks like island in sea, should be moved to other spaceTested in IE7
March 4, 200916 yr The users list is a known issue. I was going to see about skinning the arrow to something better when B3 came out but the skinning system was realy hosed from B2 to B3. I guess I'll have to wait for B4 or RC to take that on.
March 5, 200916 yr We obviously put the arrow there - I'd think it's safe to say Rikki didn't feel it was a problem or "ugly", else he wouldn't have put it there to begin with.
March 5, 200916 yr This would be much better That looks awful in my opinion... You have to realize that few people if any have complained about this till now, so most people obviously don't have a problem with how it currently looks.
March 5, 200916 yr It does look worse. Reminds how older Internet Explorer couldn't handle transparency in images. There's also a huge gap between the arrow and the all the links/info. Someone might not know the two are related.

March 11, 200916 yr Actually I like it. Just looks like it's "where it shoulda been placed" to me. *shrug* :)
March 11, 200916 yr Personally the image placement there seems very disjointed from it's function/purpose. I wouldn't guess that image controls the sidebar where it's placed.

I think the best choice would be to stick with UI consistency. Perhaps add a small circular minus (-) directly above and to the right of the first table in the sidebar. Then toggle it to a circular (+) when the sidebar is hidden. Basically, it would be very similar to the buttons used to collapse and expand the categories on the main forum index.
April 15, 200916 yr Button for hide New topics list looks like island in sea, should be moved to other space Tested in IE7 New solution looks like much more better, I am satisfied :)
