IPSBeyond error + Client Center IPSBeyond: I got an error when viewing topics inside the IPBoard sections. Then i went to view all members who were online, and found everybody was expired. Client Center: So I went to my Client Center, and I get a Database Error: SQL error: User ipslink_nexus has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections SQL error code: 1203 Date: Monday 02nd of July 2007 01:12:29 AM Guessing the Database was offline, so all IPSBeyond client accounts were affected. Just letting you folks know, incase you didn't (probably already fixing this issue as I write this :) )

Hey administrators please note this isnt trying to advertise. But people have kept on telling me that IPB isnt just by invisionpower.com So I was like ok? i dont care.. until now, everyones telling me i have to get a different ipb to install mods like rep code and money code, wich doesnt even make sense. Can anyone tell me were to get an IPB that lets you use mods? I just paid for this last week but, I really need mods :\ also IPSBeyond says my license has expired, and when i contact them it says im not allowed too.

[Suggestion]Skin jumper

Many people install mods on their IP board, many of these mods require template bit edits. Each time 1 skin has been completed, you must go back out to the main menu to get to the next skin's template bits, I would like to see a skin jumper much like the forum jumper. Maybe below the template groups next to "Set: ??? options". Just a thought. Thanks

I am in the process of upgrading my website www.x3dx.com with something more professional (note the word professional) and I have to admit IP Community Suite looks like the right choice for me. Of course my alternative forum software would be vBulletin in combination with some sort of CMS as used in cgsociety. Now there is a nice corporate page on IP Dynamic which looks like Holly Grail on this forum. Everyone wants it but it has jet to be "found" (like assebled or something, as I understand). <_< Now please bare with my anoyance but could you people be more professional and put some decent time frame for IP Dynamic as I cant wait to very end of internet to make…

It would be nice if admins would have the choice of enabling a digg alike rating system for certain forums. In case you don't know digg, check it out. I have not fully tested this just yet, and for all I know it's already a feature. Right after someone selects to purchase a subscription, do they first have to be validated by the administrator before they are subscribed? If not, can some feature like this be added in, in the future?

a simple suggestion that I do feel would add a lot to the current forum software add to the lo-fi feature a simple no frills text editor, so members can post or reply to the forum via the lo-fi feature main thrust of suggestion , is based on the idea of instead of saying to people who have problems due to old browsers etc "sorry you can no longer use this forum" with a basic editor added could now offer an viable alternative adding a basic text editor could mean that no longer have to turn users away if can't upgrade and has some worthwhile benefits..... low effort to add feature and maintain in future releases At a guess would say wont take much effort …

I see it in the feature list: 1. A caching class system has been installed. eaccelerator, disk caching, turck mmcache, and memcache are directly supported. Other caching engines can be used, however many do not have API's allowing IPB to take further advantage of them over their default behavior. 8. MySQLi driver support (automatically detected and selected) as well as MySQL5 support but how to set my IPB to use it? Just set it in php.ini and install the extensions? And please add Xcache(http://trac.lighttpd.net/xcache/wiki) support.

Well, I use FastReply a lot, and I think it would be a good idea if, say, at a time when only the fast reply button is visible (scrolled up far enough that copyright and stats bar are hidden), and you click the button, instead of the fast reply opening and you have to scroll to get to it, have the browser automatically scroll to it.

The fact that the Pro skin is a customized skin seems a bit off to me...If it is the default skin, shouldn't it be, well, default, like the Classic Blue is? It doesn't help much in terms of the pro being default to revert the skin and get the blue one back.

Browser vs Bot

One of the main reasons why I have a bunch of spiders listed is because there is a difference between what a spider can see and what a guest can see. Spiders can see more than guests because we want the guests to register, and we want the spiders to index our site. That's the biggest reason why I even have this feature on. Listing the spiders on the site is nice, but isn't really necessary. In order to make this work you have to list the spiders user agents. The problem with this is there are so many bots out there, each with a variety of user agents. There are literally hundreds of bots out there.... And there is no way to possibly list them all. Ever once in a while …

I mean I bought my board last week and I still havent been on once because your drivers failed or something, ive sent in like 5 tickets since then and they havent even responded to one! This is really ticking me off, refund or extra month please.

Hello, My site has a bunch of add-on's to it, and I would love to upgrade, but I want to dump all of my add-on's and start fresh. Is their a tool that backs up only certain info like users, posts, calander events, profiles, etc. I want to just backup this, and start a new board with this and slowly add my add-on's back on so the database is nice and neat. ACP Mod Settings

I'm really missing a good way to handle moderators from the ACP. Right now, I always have to check each of the ~20 boxes manually when I add a new moderator, which is not only annoying, but also prone to mistakes. I was thinking about something like 'mod permission sets' you can assign to different moderators, like you can with normal permission sets. Also, I would like to have an overview over all my moderators and their permissions. And on a related note, I could really use a way to define which moderators should show up on the Team page and which ones shouldn't. Any chance something like this might be implemented on the future?

Today I noticed my ACP Home page was very slow or would not load at all. I checked this board and noticed loading problems here. I guess these two are linked because of the notices that appear in my ACP; same server request thingy.. Can this be solved differently so my ACP home will load whatever problems you guys here have?
