Today I noticed my ACP Home page was very slow or would not load at all.
I checked this board and noticed loading problems here.

I guess these two are linked because of the notices that appear in my ACP; same server request thingy..


Can this be solved differently so my ACP home will load whatever problems you guys here have?

We're looking into that.

The easiest solution would be to move it into a window.onload event so that your ACP page will load entirely before any attempt is made to load the JS.

Try this - just upload over the copy on your server (it'll make sense when you unzip the attachment).

This will dynamically load the external JS files using an 'onload' function.

I uploaded the file from your zip. My ACP Home loads fast but I don't see the 'Latest IPS News, Latest IPS Blogs, IP.Board Bulletin' messages anymore. The boxes are empty

Edit: I noticed an Internet Explorer error when loading my ACP on line 637, mark 2 (I have the error message in Dutch so I hope this translation is correct.

I also get an error using IE7.
