[Suggestion]Fast Reply Scroll

Well, I use FastReply a lot, and I think it would be a good idea if, say, at a time when only the fast reply button is visible (scrolled up far enough that copyright and stats bar are hidden), and you click the button, instead of the fast reply opening and you have to scroll to get to it, have the browser automatically scroll to it.
