There are some important things not found in any version:

we need save status ( Log in as invisible or visible) from Controls, not Log in as invisible or visible every time.


I'm sorry, but that's just plain ugly.

I think it is much more organized
at least if merged bar (2,3) instead of repeating (Log in) link in both bars

Point 4 from the original post and your last idea can both be very simply implemented by editing your skins.

I got one... When you Quote someone you can use Fast Reply instead of clicking Add Reply to sit there and wait for it to load.
