The problem was solved, only deleting these directories from the database solved the problem.

Now it is working! Thanks! Could you unlink the eveneme account from the client area account and link the Grafidea account? I don't know how to do it in the panel.

If it helps, I will add that some time ago this option still works on an alternative account.

In the alternative contact account there is an option to upload a file, but it throws the following error:
And on the account where the license is purchased, there is no option to upload a file at all..
I would like to add that I can also only post on the forum from the alternative contact account, from the account connected to the client area I cannot.. -

Any systems can have downtime events, even something like ours with redundancy built in. It is regrettable especially when we do everything right to avoid it but something outside our control breaks. Especially when no one, not even your provider, can tell you what went wrong.
This is really the first major downtime event in years but of course that does not matter in the moment. Frustrating all around 🙂
That's how I see it, but a grossly long downtime.

Hi, I would like to point out in advance that I am starting this topic to hear the official position of IPS, not to make fun of etc. You constantly negate external infrastructures in favor of your cloud. And how will you explain your TOTAL DOWNTIME 12h 42m in the last 7 days? I would like to add that my dedicated server has had 100% UPTIME for a year. But if I was paying that much money for a cloud and seeing a 500 error for 8 hours, I would have given up on the service pretty quickly. Now let's imagine that during downtime some big business forum has important Live Topics?

Is that mean you can do something with prices, I have contacted several times for a best price you can do for Creator and generous credit as was discussed in live topic and still waiting for answer. As well the only answer regard prices was “We only offer the prices listed on our site at this time.”
Is it a bazaar, a market that you want to negotiate prices? - sorry but it is a subjective point of view.

In database - core_theme_templates There were files that were physically deleted from the server and with each synchronization it restored these directories again.

Is IPS planning to develop some tool to clean the database from redundant, old data? I checked today and a lot of files remain after old templates, plugins that have been removed, and the database still remains.

Removing these directories from the database solved the problem. It seems to me that the IPS team should look into this problem, because normally after removing directories from the themes folder and synchronization, these directories should be deleted...

Hi, I have a problem with deleting the template files that I created, when creating a new template, this directory with files is automatically added to the new one. Enabling template creator mode and physically removing this directory from the server after synchronization still works.
There is no way to delete these files and folders, they are restored with every synchronization.
wants to delete the __bmw and __bimmer directory and all the files in them.

Does anyone know a solution? Isn't the problem with the IPS? I will add that I have tried in many ways and the directories that I want to delete are restored along with the files ...
When I create a new default ips template, these directories are also visible...

For the ones I created by creating the template, I'm not talking about the default templates. These folders are located in the core/front folder.

Hi, I turn on the designer mode, delete the directories and files that I physically created from the server, turn off the designer mode, synchronize and still these directories are as if they are not deleted. Isn't it sometimes an IPS bug?
1. I turn on the designer mode so that the themes folder appears.
2. I delete the template files and the folder physically from the server.
3. I turn off designer mode and synchronize changes.The folder and template is still there and has not deleted.

ESPECIALLY the services that have higher margin and lower support costs.
Only these cloud functions do not encourage me, I do not need them in my forum. These features are more aimed at business, no hobby forums.

Brand new features are mostly only cloud. Most of the new features that are in the cloud are of no interest to me because they are not needed in my forum.
