Are you truly renaming the app to Events? or is this just a label ( I believe commerce is still called Nexus )

Something I always wanted, but doesn't sound like it will work as I'd prefer - it would help if this was an option during the moving topic process, make it an option to create an alert for the topic starter whilst on the pop up for that.

2002 till 2004 - HTML code and some free offsite forum software: 

2004 till 2005 Joomla CMS and offsite forum:

2005 till 2006 Joomla CMS and own SMF forum:

2006 till 2007 Joomla CMS and SMF forum:

2007 till 2009 Joomla CMS and SMF forum:

2009 till 2011 Joomla CMS and SMF forum:

2011 tot 2017 Wordpress CMS and finally IPB forum instead of SMF!

And 2017, gone from wordpress and primairy Invision Communitypages with forum.

I don't see any reason why this couldn't function on self-hosted setups. I already use tools like Zapier to talk to my API...

This is a bit of a slap in the face to self hosted clients. Nothing to celebrate here. 👎

This brings back memories to when I made an app that did this back in 2010.

I hate the gif thing, I really do. Call me old with my 36 years, I don't care. I am definitely not enabling this on my community and I do hope the gif fest thats been here for the last few days will eventually be subdued.

It is all nice but.. you make so many improvements to forums itself but nothing to IP.Commerce - to make it more flexible and extended. Have feeling Commerce is really forgotten product.
