  1. Jim M's post in Clubs Tab in Profiles Not Always Showing Clubs was marked as the answer
Thank you, I am able to login now on both front-end and ACP. I have moved this to a ticket so we can investigate the issue further. In order to provide assistance, please be sure that the standard login provider remains in place for the duration of the ticket.
  2. Jim M's post in Post thumbnail when sharing in WhatsApp was marked as the answer
Think he may be referring to Open Graph metadata that appears on social media when you share a link. That default image can be edited in ACP -> Customization -> Icons & Logos -> Default Share Image.
  3. Jim M's post in Selling subscriptions only to a specific country was marked as the answer
You can limit payment methods to a certain region but you cannot limit a subscription to a certain region.
  4. Jim M's post in Trying to get Google Credentials for Social Sign in. was marked as the answer
Until you publish your app, you can only access it via test users. You would need to publish the app in Google's API console website in order for non-test users to access it.
It's worth mentioning that these providers do change frequently and while our guide may not match 100% (we will update it), the idea is there and it should still function.
  5. Jim M's post in Newsletter setting for Zapier was marked as the answer
This will be in 4.7.15 which had a beta released if you would like to test it.
  6. Jim M's post in i have a problem was marked as the answer
To clarify, were you able to submit the forgotten password form and you didn't receive the email? Have you checked your spam folder?
  7. Jim M's post in User marked as Spammer still shows "About me" spam in profile was marked as the answer
Profile content isn't currently removed as a part of this. You're more than welcome to provide this suggestion in our Feedback forum.
  8. Jim M's post in Queue task: 1S111/1 Data too long for column 'content' at row 1 was marked as the answer
This would be for a third party application Chatbox so you would need to contact the author for assistance.
  9. Jim M's post in Member statistics, users online and so on... was marked as the answer
Most of these stats from the core software got moved into the block manager. You can read more and see those by going to:

  10. Jim M's post in Charge renewal in expired card was marked as the answer
This would be the system working as designed and not a bug. Many credit cards have subscription features that allow subscriptions to be authorized, even if the card is expired because a previous transaction took place. It is up to the card issuer to decline or not the card and therefore, this is a perfectly acceptable transaction. Additionally, what you're seeing there in the screenshot, would not be known to us with payment gateways as all we have is a transactional ID to attempt payment and the actual gateway holds the credit card details.
The user would need to manage their card if they do not want the card attempted.
  11. Jim M's post in Fatal error max execution time Lang was marked as the answer
You would need to review with your hosting provider why this is taking this long. It reasonably should not unless there is an underlying server issue.
  12. Jim M's post in Permissions to View Clubs - Restricting one Admin Group? was marked as the answer
ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand System -> on Clubs, click permissions (padlock icon) and choose which groups you want to have access.
  13. Jim M's post in Domain was marked as the answer
I see your request in our ticket system and attending to it now. As mentioned in the process, there is a manual component to this. Your request was submitted outside of support hours so will be attended to in the next available time 🙂 .
  14. Jim M's post in Website Domain was marked as the answer
Please see the email response we sent you a little while ago to your ticket 🙂 .
  15. Jim M's post in Sudden "End of script output before headers" error was marked as the answer
Seems like a PHP issue or file incomplete issue. Would run the PHP requirements checker here first:

  16. Jim M's post in Session Timeout Vulnerability was marked as the answer
Not sure what you mean by "Session Timeout Vulnerability". Sessions in our software are controlled by PHP sessions.
  17. Jim M's post in Disable Username and Password Field with Auto Complete and Copy Paste was marked as the answer
I'm afraid, this is not a feature in the software to disable autocomplete on the login form for the ACP.
  18. Jim M's post in Block countries with 404 Error was marked as the answer
Sorry, there would not be a way to do this in the software. You can block countries from registering or block IP addresses which would see a message about not being able to access the community.
  19. Jim M's post in Wrong display of moderation toolbar on Topics view was marked as the answer
Would clear your browser local storage. Sounds like something got corrupted.
  20. Jim M's post in PHP sessions error when upgrading was marked as the answer
Looking at your licensed URL, you have a few folders between where they put the php info test and where your community is actually living. Would ensure you don't have another PHP configuration running there which does not have PHP session configured correctly. Ultimately, I would have them also ensure the location for PHP sessions is writable/readable by PHP/your web server account.
As this is a PHP setting, we would not define this.
  21. Jim M's post in Reactions not being enabled was marked as the answer
You will want to check the "Maximum number of reactions allowed to give" in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Social tab. I took a look at your Administrator group and it is set to 0. Meaning, that group cannot give reactions.
  22. Jim M's post in 2S119/1 Something went wrong. Please try again. was marked as the answer
I'm not quite sure what you mean is valid. You would need to directly access our software's ACP instead of going through a bookmark for the reasons I mentioned in my reply.
You should have received a 403 from your hosting but if anything, it is worth testing to ensure that any requests are not interrupted.
  23. Jim M's post in Imgur-hosted images not showing was marked as the answer
They're having technical issues per their site:

  24. Jim M's post in Proton Identifies Spacer.png As A Tracker was marked as the answer
This is misidentification. The spacer image is just a spacer.
  25. Jim M's post in Google Ads and problem with adding/editing topics/posts was marked as the answer
Would check your Google Adsense code and check with Google for support. If you're using auto advertisements and they are loading ads in spots which are interfering with operation of our software, you would need to exclude those areas or stop running auto ads.
