  1. Jim M's post in Real time "2 users here" yellow tag no longer displayed on forum pages? was marked as the answer
The Real Time Viewing/Who's Typing features are on our community here and available on the plan you're on. Please ensure that you have these enabled in your ACP and as you have a custom theme, you may wish to switch to an unmodified theme to see if that is impacting it.
  2. Jim M's post in What triggers the “Read More” page break in the page/articles? Is this a coded item or a setting? was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, you are utilizing some modified templates there for Pages so you would want to contact whoever modified those for you to get an answer for this subject.
  3. Jim M's post in Issue with the tags was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, it is still set to 1000 on the phpinfo. Upgrading PHP likely influenced this change from your last ticket and thus you would need to ensure this is properly set and PHP/your server is restart to take the new configuration value. If you are having issues, please contact your hosting provider.
  4. Jim M's post in Problem with API after upgrading to v4.7.5 was marked as the answer
As mentioned in the documentation the default number of records per page are 25, you can pass in your own parameter to change this but that is the default:

  5. Jim M's post in Revert menu was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, there is not a way to undo what you did here. The previous selection has been overwritten, just not published.
  6. Jim M's post in IPS Default theme blank after update to IPS 4.7.5 was marked as the answer
Your Google Analytics script had an open double quote so anything on the page for some reason there was getting hidden. I have emailed you the script as it contains some sensitive info. Please ensure that you copy these directly from their providers as it can create issues if you do not.
The particular Pages issue you mentioned in your quoted error has not been triggered since yesterday so that has been resolved with removing these customized Pages templates.
  7. Jim M's post in Unread content not picking up this years posts was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, it looks like the index stopped building. Could you please rebuild it by going to ACP -> System -> Search -> Rebuild Search Index.
  8. Jim M's post in Community not working after upgrading to PHP 8.x was marked as the answer
Something on your community is inserting a custom template called "row_adek" in Forums -> front -> global. This is causing your error and I have removed this from the "Default" theme and it is working now.
  9. Jim M's post in Xiaohongshu embedded was marked as the answer
This is not a valid embed at this time so you would need a customization to do so. You're more than welcome to post in our Feature Suggestion forum to suggest adding this though.
  10. Jim M's post in Change color blockquote? was marked as the answer
I would suggest using the "code" toolbar for posting items like this.
Quote, however, is part of the rich text process so while it won't do this permanently like for syntax highlighting, you can use the font color toolbar to change color.
  11. Jim M's post in Pages sidebar block layout templates? was marked as the answer
I'm afraid, there is no template feature as a part of Pages. They are each separate. Please feel free to suggest this in our Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation, however.
  12. Jim M's post in Setting the forum login to email only lock me out was marked as the answer
This turned out being the issue. You had the Standard and Converter Login Handler set to 2 different values.
  13. Jim M's post in Following threads/sections and email notifications was marked as the answer
You can follow a forum to receive notifications when topics are posted. However, the follow system is explicit so you will need to follow each topic to receive notifications.
There is one exception to that, you can configure your notifications so that if you reply to a topic, you automatically follow it. As seen here in my notification settings:

  14. Jim M's post in Error when pasting Google Analytics code was marked as the answer
Sounds like mod_security or another security module was involved. Is that true?
  15. Jim M's post in Can’t Login After Update was marked as the answer
Please remove any server-based redirects of HTTP to HTTPS and ensure that you have setup our software to run over HTTPS:

  16. Jim M's post in Content Disappeared after dragging a forum to another container was marked as the answer
You will need to change the forum type from a category to a discussion (or question) forum type. Categories cannot have topics under them so will not display these.
  17. Jim M's post in Upgrade Failed was marked as the answer
Please be advised I have answered your support ticket and resolved this for you. Please ensure you submit any hosting concerns like this via your Cloud package as that has email support, for hosting reasons 🙂 . Whereas all other technical support will be done here, via our staffed community support forum.
  18. Jim M's post in Error EX1366 when adding new forum was marked as the answer
Sorry for the delay, however, as it is the weekend, it may take longer for a response. As mentioned in the email we sent: I have escalated your request to that department and they will provide further assistance as quickly as possible. Due to the advanced nature of your request, please note that it may take longer than usual to fully address your concern. Please also note that advanced support is only available Monday through Friday. I apologize in advance for this delay.
  19. Jim M's post in Preserving Topics/Posts was marked as the answer
Sorry to hear you're needing to close. We can provide you with a full backup of your community which would contain a database and attachments/uploads backup.
The content of your topics/posts/the whole community would be contained in the database backup. If you're looking to just back these up, this is sufficient. However, if you're looking to extract this information, you may need to hire a SQL professional to do so if you are not comfortable working in SQL.
If you want us to generate you the backup, please let me know and I can convert this to a ticket to obtain some verification info which is required 🙂 .
  20. Jim M's post in Unable to add signature for new member was marked as the answer
The group this user is in has "Maximum lines of text" set to 0. You would need to increase that to a number larger than 0 if you wish this group to have a signature.

  21. Jim M's post in Selling Advertising Space was marked as the answer
Currently, Commerce bills advertising based on the ad. Therefore, in this context, they would currently require 5 ads and pay 5 times. Doing what you want here may require either manual billing on your side in commerce and manual ad handling or customization of the software.
Of course, if you wish to see this in a future release, please leave your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum.
  22. Jim M's post in Add a Block or Advertisement In Article was marked as the answer
Template code cannot be inserted into the HTML editor, it has to be specifically in our PHTML templates (Pages templates, blocks, theme templates, etc...) to execute that.
Theoretically, I suppose, you could create a custom PHP block with your advertisement custom location template code in it and then use the external embed code in your article.
Here a guide on using blocks "externally", it will generate a Javascript code and HTML for you to embed where you want it:

Alternatively, an approach which is a little more rigid but would automatically insert it into your articles, would be to include it in your Pages template for records.

For something easier, I would suggest making your suggestion in our Feature Suggestion forum.
  23. Jim M's post in How to put new users into a temporary group other than "Members" was marked as the answer
Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket. Typically, the advice here is to move the users from one group to another on our Cloud. This would put you in the driver seat and the best way to do this management. However, the footprint of your community is rather large so on occasion we can get around this.
  24. Jim M's post in Refused to frame google.com was marked as the answer
This is set by the website you're attempting to embed in the iFrame. Their headers on their website have: x-frame-options: DENY
Therefore, you can't set it in an iframe.
  25. Jim M's post in Make Community VIEW ONLY? was marked as the answer
Sorry, the only way would be disabling all permissions for these items you're looking to prevent.
