I want to cancel my plan, but no option at all in My Account or Settings?

I've reached out twice via e-mail and am unfortunately resorting to this forum for help. I'd like to cancel my plan since over 2 weeks ago. No one replied. Tried again today but got an automated "Thank you" reply. There is no option to cancel the plan in any tab as I have exhausted them all. However, I did receive a reminder that I would be billed again. Would appreciate someone directing me how to cancel my account permanently. Thank you.
