  1. I'm afraid, there are no means to regulate the number of sends in a timeframe. You can certainly suggest this in our Feedback forum.
  2. If you're not worried about the above and do not worry about a branding email domain, I would just use our Cloud solution to send emails. It will be the easier to SendGrid with a comparable delivery rate, best part though is your completely hands off.
  3. I will preface this with please keep in mind that we would only support our software, if there is an issue with CRON on your server, that will need to be resolved by your hosting provider. Are you receiving any System Log errors when executing? We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  4. You would need to ask your hosting provider for assistance there as your PHP is missing that. It is a native function in PHP.
  5. Would advise checking your server against our requirements using this tool as looking at your community, I am seeing some errors which would indicate things do not meet our requirements:
  6. Could you please clarify why you would like to hide this topic? We generally leave support public so that others can benefit from the findings here. If you would like something private hidden but leave the majority of the topic, please let us know.
  7. Glad to hear! Yes, if it is set to 0, it will set back to no allow display name changes.
  8. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. 9. Ensure that the group has all the following fields filled out and the user matches those cases: If you are still having issues we would require access to your community and an example user's display name.
  10. You would want to check your settings in CloudFlare and ensure they are configured the same, if that is what you’re after. As CloudFlare is a reverse proxy, the software cannot control that as CloudFlare is actually displaying your site if your NS are set correctly.
  11. You would need to ensure there is correct permissions on your S3 bucket. It cannot write at the moment.
  12. The Events application replaced Calendar. You can manage it in the ACP -> Community -> Events.
  13. The intent of the background task is to go slowly so it can take quite some time depending on how many tasks it has to unarchive but it will go newest to oldest. This looks like this feature is only available to unrestricted administrators so those individuals can go to a topic and unarchive it. I have brought this up internally as it looks like we have permissions for those in the code but we never really assign them.
  14. It looks like as your solution there is actually an embedded URL, this was stripped. I have submitted this internally for review.
  15. That is coming from your SMTP provider, not the software so you would need to research that with them. If they require specific ports, TLS/SSL, etc... you will need to ensure that it is properly configured or it may fail in certain cases.
  16. Sounds like something else is going on and you'll need your SMTP provider's help.
  17. These are third party so those may be managed by the respective author's storage. The rest though is odd that they did not get moved over. Was the original move done via the software as well?
  18. As I do not have access to your S3 bucket, I would need an example of a file you're looking for which has not been returned.
  19. Do you have an example? Looking at your community, largely, these items are on your local server. I do see that your Icons for Web Apps are on a separate sub-domain. Please keep in mind that these have their own storage location of "Icons & Logos".
  20. Are the background tasks complete? Did you clear your cache in ACP -> Support?
  21. That is correct A single topic can be unarchived through the topic's moderation actions with proper permissions. The same could be said to give access to just that area of the ACP but I would not advise that. An Administrator should act on the archiving settings.
