Have you made any changes to templates or the fields? 
can you check the clan logo filed permsions? 
you might have permssion to upload the images but no permissions to view

and If i have previously disabled the slider sorting for you with messages 
you can revert the changes by downloading the theme and update

what i see is that there is a template missing 
a reinstall should and must fix that, im not even sure why would that template be missing in your website only, have you been playing with theme html templates? or enabling designer mode on your live website? 
if no then please send a login info to access themes page in your website i can check whats wrong and fix it for you  

Are you missing a '}' in your custom.css?
I've missed the odd one and it breaks things, for example I have social media icons and when I missed a '}' it wouldn't show the icons and then any CSS beneath the issue wouldn't work. It's worth looking into this. I can't guarantee it is but it seems worth mentioning.

the bug with ips 4.2.3 has been fixed, the patch is coming very soon i hope
as for the userbar issue in the image above can you clearfy what settings are you using in the theme?
full width for header? and fuide width or fixed width for body?
it does not happen on my side :/ have you added any custome css or anything?

weird, I thought i have already made it transparent 
anyways. add this to custom.css 
.ta_Header .ta_headerContainer { background-color: transparent; }  
Be careful there is a bug in ips 4.2.3 causes the slider sorting field not to save multiple sliders which also causes only one slider to show
If you haven't edited anything in the theme on ips 4.2.3 yet DO NOT EDIT THE THEME xD they will fix it soon i hope
