    I see my colleague has found a solution to your issue and is implementing it there on your site, so will mark this resolved. Glad to see the issue was found.

    You would need to speak to the provider of your SSO solution on this. Of course you can set any group to access whatever parts you wish, but the SSO provider would need to add additional code to add members to a group automatically

    This is because your globalTemplate is out of date, and not compatible with the latest release. So something was edited on that template. You would need to revert that template to correct the issue

    There is no way in which to manually alter someones timezone. This is automatically done on the 4.x system. They would need to check on their own system for where the issue is there, as it can only really show incorrectly if the users system is incorrect

    As a self hosted customer, you would simply do the following
    Move your site to the new location if you are moving it. You may find the following guideance helpful with this if you are unsure -  Once done, you would go to your client area, select your license, and select "change URL" Note that this must be done before you add any redirects from the old URL to the new URL

    As mentioned above, if there are no free themes you like, your options would be to either purchase a theme, or create your own theme. If you take a look at the following, this goes through options to get your site looking as you want

    There isnt really any way of doing this, unfortunately. You could search for invoices with gift card in the title, which would give you the people who have purchased the gift card, and then go to their account in the ACP to get the gift card number. That would be the only way at present.

    As these are actually valid characters, there is no way in which to prevent this in the software itself, at present. There are modifications people have created for this, as mentioned above.

    There is no way in which to do that at present. Blocks apply to a page type, rather than a specific page. So for example, to all forums, all topic pages, or indeed all club blogs

    There are some areas where opacity is used. Im assuming from your image you are referring to the icons on the left. You would need customisation to your templates in order to change those. If you are unsure on how to edit the HTML/CSS in your templates, you would need a designer to assist you with that.

    Do you have a test instance running somewhere? I suspect this may be the case, and both are requesting the payment

    The image would be populated only if the image tag within the feed is stipulated. There is no way in which to remove the stock grid image other than through customisation. You can however choose whether to show list view or drive view. You would do this from Community->Blogs->Settings within your admin CP

    There isnt any way in which to switch them off at present. It may be worth a suggestion in our suggestions are if you wish for something to be added of that nature
