Your server is currently running PHP 7.2. The software requires PHP 7.4 minimum, which is what I causing you issues there

The issue is being caused by your 3rd party theme. When using a default unaltered theme, the images are present. You would need to speak to the author of your theme for assistance.
@Andreas Kling Please check yours also on a default unaltered theme, as its likely the same problem

The issue appears to be one of your editor plugins. When they are disabled, the editor loads up with no issue

If you go to System->Site Features->Applications you can click on "Check for upgrades" in the top right. Your admin CP only checks once a day

The link will only show with the green tick for users who are the topic starter, and not for mod/admin, in order to encourage them to click the correct answer. For mod/admin it remains as it was

Spam is actually just a status. You could change that to "People I don't like" if you wanted, but it wouldn't do anything you dont set that department to do. By default it simply sents a reply to say its spam, and closes the ticket

It sounds like he is having problems with connections to amazon S3. If it's only them having this issue, they would need to contact their hosting provider on this.

This is something which would be a hosting issue, rather than an issue with the software. Once the download starts, the software is no longer involved
