    We created a new DB for accepting requests from our members. After completing the fields, it shows the submission field - correct way. BUT it also shows the entries of other member are record category page. Any clue with which permission we can hide that? So that each member can only view their entry and not 100 others members pvt data. Please help. Thanks in advance. Domain/db_name/records - Should not be visible to anyone other than ADMIN. Domain/db_name/records/gaurav-r2 - Should be visible to the member who created the request and not everyone.

    Has any developer here did any work (plugin / app) for feeding IPS customer data to Facebook Ads through FB Conversion API? Due to iOS changes FB Ads are less productive as before and offering an implementation guide for the same. Hoping someone here can help solve this new problem. Thanks in advance.

    We have had many albums in gallery with heavy videos. Recently we have deleted many but still server space isn't being recovered. Is there any places more we need to delete these files manually? Is there any cron job setup that delete the actual files after couple of days?

    As usual - Totally and extremely disappointed with IPS Product, IPS support, IPS logical reasonings and problem solving. If such bug or badly design features without a grain of common sense fall outside the support, then why we ask to waste time on tickets (first) then forum to waste customer 5 days time and still make their site looks like a joke in public.

    It was indeed place in a source tab and not in WYSIWYG. Appreciate if you and your team can guide, find, or design an easy usable workaround for this issue please.

    We have a custom block calling a FAQ block under the product details in one of the the product category. Now we are adding another category of product and same FAQ block showing under that category too, which we don't want. Is there any anyway we can call FAQ custom block inside the product page from ACP - Products - Store Display - Description (WSIWYG editor)?

    Thanks @CoffeeCake We would have done that, but still we don't want all our members or members who follow the store want them to get any notifications, simply because its not related to their interest.

    We plan to introduce new product and spend some time to setup and perfect the copy, graphics and offer. During this testing phase we don't anyone of our existing member getting a notification that we posted a new product. How do we stop that?

    How to either show or not to show production description under pricing text? Prefer not to, so this jittery confuse behavior saves 1-5 sec of bad impression.     We recently activated featured product tab to show the products in store, but random loading of product is quite disturbing. How can we load products in the same sequence as they are in the backend? With every page load, they jump left to right.....! Thanks in advance.
