  1. Alright, sorry I missed that. Please go ahead and disable it and try to enable it as soon as you can.
  2. Hope you are checking now Invoice 12737...? Please let me know once you are done with the diagnosis so we can manually mark it as paid, because during this frozen period member still don't have access to our site.
  3. No, that's not the case, unfortunately. If a person doesn't return to carnity from the payment completion page, it will stay pending for days and days. If a person returns, then everything works magically. There you go now, check Invoice 12737
  4. So you faced the same issue on an iOS device?
  5. Browse carnity.com from any ios device. Site works fine (except payment area). Step 2: go to any subscription or any product page and try to checkout as guest or member. Try same from Android or Windows and see, everything works perfectly.
  6. I understand it seems like a hosting issue, but it isn't. As it only happening on subscription pages and payment (product) checkout pages and not through the entire site?
  7. I just marked two transactions an hour back. Will give you a shout on the next one, as soon as it happens.
  8. It was disabling the Pages or other core functions we switched off while testing and it worked. Later we realize it was coincidental. Please tell me what you need from me for diagnosing the actual issue.
  9. Yes please @Marc Stridgen this is happening on every PayPal transaction for us, please help.
  10. Our many users are still complaining about not being able to access the site while going through the subscription page or payment checkout process. Mostly still with iOS (safari). They receive ERR_Failed message.
  11. While using PayPal, when the user completes the payment process (paid by credit card or paypal account), we immediately receive the payment received email. When the user returns to our site from the payment completion page (by clicking "return to site"), his invoice automatically gets marked as paid. But if the user does not return to our site from the payment completion page, his invoice shows pending, until the admin manually marks it as paid. Support: Please advise which setting to tweak for marking PayPal invoice as paid as soon below email triggers, whether the user returns to our site from the same browser or not. Thanks in advance. We have had this issue for long time and switched to Stripe. Re
  12. @Matt Any update on this please, as we are still suffering for a few months.
  13. Any update on this please, as we are still suffering for a few months.
  14. Any update on this please, as we are still suffering since few months.
  15. I do upvote this, thanks @kotaco for raising this. If you and others here are using an image-intensive community, have you found any workaround or app for discarding the original enormous size images?
  16. Following this thread. Requesting IPS to delete the original images after storing the Large and Small resized images. Technical workaround for future rebuilding images, IPS can store 1 more resize Large size image (without watermark) as a backup and discard the original ones. The reason is these days many DSLR cameras and hi-tech phones are creating 20-40 MB images. When the system resizes to Full-HD it results in 200-500 KB max. Storing original size images is causing huge disk space usage and daily backup consumes a lot of server power and bandwidth. We have reached 375 GB daily backup due to these images and are restricted now to save only 2-3 days last backup instead of 7 days. Hoping IPS realizes this issue and offers some way out in the future, please.
  17. Let me explain with an example. On June 5, 5:33 PM the user uploaded an image of 6.5 MB. Here is the original (user uploaded image). System resizes to large size and small thumbnail at the same time. A large image (535 KB Hi-Res) is used for displaying with a watermark in a gallery and a small is used for the thumbnail. If we manually delete the original 6.5 MB image, will the resized large (535 KB) and small (67 KB) images will be impacted or not?
  18. Thanks Jim for adding the clarification. Please advise how can I request this change for future release? Also if we manually delete those thousands of original big size images, existing thumbnails and resize actual images in the gallery will stay?
  19. Just updating the solution here: That there is No Solution. Never built user community with IPS who uploads many images, as all uploaded images using modern cameras and phones produce 10 -40 MB original images x 10,000 images have no way to be discarded. Reason: They may be used again in the future for creating hi-res thumbnails.
  20. I have updated FTP details on the file, please connect to help explain why original images aren't getting deleted from the upload folder. Each month folder is adding 3-6 GB every month.
  21. Thank you Marc, for the quick investigation and for realizing the issue with IPS codes. Can we please have some quick patch or workaround or some messaging to display to help over 70% of iOS users within our community, please?
