I've installed and been testing it with a restricted group. Everything works okay until we get to the ModCP, where the Away tab is not showing in Member Management. Could this be a problem to do with being on IPS Cloud?

When I click Manage News I get the following:

... and now I have a problem. Think I jinxed myself.

I have been using links to gallery uploads in the mod and recently updated both gallery and image settings, including rebuilding images, with the help of IPS support. After this happened some of the images in the mod stopped displaying, so I went back to IPS for help; they say that the mod uses static images which is why they aren't updating after rebuilding images.

Is it possible to solve this via the mod? Can the now-broken images be rebuilt for the new urls? IPS support staff says there is nothing they can do to help.

Thanks for making this! Buying it at some point in the next few weeks.

Okay, it was working fine for me but it's always good to get the most stable version.

I've just tested this on the latest release and had no issues. Am on IPS' cloud hosting.

Also, it's ehren's Dispersion theme with a bunch of custom css.

Huh, that's weird. It is half-working now -- the background has changed but the border has not. When I first tested changing the colours earlier it didn't work at all.

Maybe I need to refresh the site's data? Is there even anything like that that could have an effect on this?

Yep. Sounds good. 

It works to highlight with the default colours. Unsure the colour changes work on a custom theme, though.

I will make the change in the theme myself easily enough but just wanted to let you know that using the built-in colour picker doesn't change the colours on my custom theme.

Hi Adriano, do you think this could work on Community in the Cloud? I assume I would need to ask IPS to give me FTP access to upload the files?

Currently testing this and getting the same issue as Bluto. Modal appears instead of post but the info message "This is new post added while viewing this topic." does appear.

Notes:

• I checked the source code and the js is in there.
• I'm on CIC 4.1.13.2
• Using Chrome
  • Second person using Firefox on a different computer
• No adblockers or anything

+1 for the idea of sharing individual FAQ items.

Just tested on my site. Same thing happens -- the update text and everything else appears fine but no video.

This looks so.very.good! On my to-buy list.

Same thing is happening on default. It's set at 3 lines.

I'm not sure where their support guidelines fall on this, with this being a third party app. But worse case scenario, I'll put together a new version that just includes this fix.

Unfortunately, the 'truncate' setting isn't working, or at least doesn't appear to be. When it says 'front page' I assume it means this: http://revolutions.chroniclesofthedas.com/index.php?/news/ 

... and as you can see the entries aren't truncated. Is this possibly related to the theme?

... and I got an answer. Shall I use a ticket to get help with this?

I assume the cloud allows ftp access? If so, shouldn't be an issue modifying as the News app files won't be encoded like IPB files are.
