    Is the “days logged in” actually consecutive days? If so almost nobody will hit a year.

    So, this is consecutive days. And I think it works only going forward, which stinks IMO. So even if a member makes posts every day for a year a month ago he won’t get a “7 days in a row” award unless he does so after you rebuild.

    Rebuilding in the future may also reset all of these…

  2. Okay. So logging in triggers the rule. How do I award a member who has been an active member for a year simply for the membership, not for posts or reactions etc.?

    Is the “days logged in” actually consecutive days? If so almost nobody will hit a year. Plus I think you use the word “concurrently” incorrectly.

  3. In the Support section of my ACP, I get a "reoccurring log sections" entry, which says this:

    Quote

    Reoccurring system log entries may be indicative of a problem that should be addressed. A summary of the top reoccurring recent log entries are shown below. Review the system log for further details.

    Which everyone can see on their individual sites, if they have these. Nothing out of the ordinary there. What is out of the ordinary is that four of the six entries all have this application in their path. For example:

    Error: Class 'IPS\Theme\Cache\class_core_front_global' not found in /var/www/html/system/Theme/Theme.php(926) : eval()'d code:11 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/html/system/Theme/Theme.php(926): eval() #1 /var/www/html/system/Theme/Cache/Template.php(108): IPS\_Theme::overloadHooks() #2 /var/www/html/system/Theme/Theme.php(777): IPS\Theme\Cache\_Template->exists() #3 /var/www/html/datastore/template_13_6c476385a2a7fac76ac1bb8ed658e957_system.php(7090): IPS\_Theme->getTemplate() #4 /var/www/html/system/Theme/SandboxedTemplate.php(61): IPS\Theme\Cache\class_core_front_system->searchResult() #5 /var/www/html/system/Content/Content.php(1606): IPS\Theme\_SandboxedTemplate->__call() #6 /var/www/html/applications/forums/sources/Topic/Post.php(271): IPS\_Content::searchResult() #7 /var/www/html/init.php(893) : eval()'d code(56): IPS\forums\Topic\_Post::searchResult() #8 /var/www/html/system/Content/Search/Result/Content.php(94): IPS\forums\Topic\ignoretopics_hook_postModel::searchResult() #9 /var/www/html/datastore/template_13_af46883c13caa197f9e387620d19e6ec_profile.php(2524): IPS\Content\Search\Result\_Content->html() #10 /var/www/html/system/Theme/SandboxedTemplate.php(61): IPS\Theme\Cache\class_core_front_profile->profileActivity() #11 /var/www/html/applications/core/modules/front/members/profile.php(304): IPS\Theme\_SandboxedTemplate->__call() #12 /var/www/html/system/Dispatcher/Controller.php(101): IPS\core\modules\front\members\_profile->manage() #13 /var/www/html/applications/core/modules/front/members/profile.php(73): IPS\Dispatcher\_Controller->execute() #14 /var/www/html/init.php(893) : eval()'d code(24): IPS\core\modules\front\members\_profile->execute() #15 /var/www/html/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(152): IPS\core\modules\front\members\trackmembers_hook_tmProfile->execute() #16 /var/www/html/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run() #17 {main}

    Or:

    Error: Class 'IPS\Theme\Cache\class_core_global_global' not found (0) #0 /var/www/html/system/Theme/Theme.php(926): eval() #1 /var/www/html/system/Theme/Cache/Template.php(108): IPS\_Theme::overloadHooks() #2 /var/www/html/system/Theme/Theme.php(777): IPS\Theme\Cache\_Template->exists() #3 /var/www/html/system/Content/Item.php(3689): IPS\_Theme->getTemplate() #4 /var/www/html/system/Content/Item.php(3638): IPS\Content\_Item->_pagination() #5 /var/www/html/applications/forums/modules/front/forums/topic.php(260): IPS\Content\_Item->commentPagination() #6 /var/www/html/system/Dispatcher/Controller.php(101): IPS\forums\modules\front\forums\_topic->manage() #7 /var/www/html/system/Content/Controller.php(50): IPS\Dispatcher\_Controller->execute() #8 /var/www/html/applications/forums/modules/front/forums/topic.php(39): IPS\Content\_Controller->execute() #9 /var/www/html/init.php(893) : eval()'d code(20): IPS\forums\modules\front\forums\_topic->execute() #10 /var/www/html/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(152): IPS\forums\modules\front\forums\ignoretopics_hook_topicController->execute() #11 /var/www/html/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run() #12 {main}

    The first had 79 repeated entries, the second 73.

    I've done next to nothing with my themes except to make a child theme, add some advertising JavaScript to the globalTemplate, and set up a custom.css file.

    Right Now, I'm working on iAwards update.

    Sounds great. Seems to still "work" fine with 4.6, at least the way I was using it. So I may have held up my upgrade to my site a bit longer than necessary. 🙂

    Iawards

    Eagerly awaiting this. It's the last thing I've been waiting for to upgrade to 4.6, and I may have to bite the bullet today and go with iAwards disabled for awhile. Hoping not for too long.

    I haven't used the automated/Rules part of it in a long time, but I understand removing that can be tricky.

  6. I was using this plugin and determined that I apparently don't even use it, and the Pages blocks are just fine for me, so I've disabled it. Nothing has changed about my site so far.

    Are there any logged errors in your system log? Could you please submit a ticket ?

    Yes, I have a few PayPal related errors, but nothing seems amiss there. I'll dig into it more later.

    One of the recent ones is:

    {"name":"INVALID_RESOURCE_ID","message":"Requested resource ID was not found.","information_link":"https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/payments/#errors","debug_id":"8562bab063c59"}
    There was an error processing the payment. Please try a different payment method or contact us for assistance.

    The user isn't asked about payment yet, though.

    4.62 to 4.63 now people can no longer register when the fill out form and hit submit is just sits there!!

    I'm having this same issue.

    It just spins and spins and spins.

    I've not updated my main site, but this is another site that I did update, and when they try to create an account, the spinner spins and the account is never created.

  9. My point is that it might be nice to see them somewhere in the ACP, because I had 872 from one IP address (which I might like to block), and could have easily had more. These "guest" posts, even if they never make it to the site, still can suck up server resources. I had 1200+ total.

    Showing them in the ACP somewhere (with IP address, email, etc.) might let an admin notice a trend like what happened to me, and take an action.

    Not out of the box. Adriano has an extension you can purchase though:

    Thank you. I'll look into that.

  10. I'm back again… Slightly OCD.

    Is there a way to see these "pending" posts in the user interface, the ACP, anywhere on the site?

    image.thumb.png.db6c1be73a93de71f9b9ebd729c33cc2.png

    I'd love to delete the 500 of these…

    If for no other reason than to just clear them out so I don't have to see them in my forums_posts table.

    I have over 850 of these from the past few days, just from the one IP address.

    i just checked my admin cp and the update is available.

    login to admin cp and go to applications and click check for updates button, should appear

    I did that right before posting. But yeah, it's updated now.

    Thank you.

  12. I added a bunch of acronyms like PGA and USGA and LPGA and NBC and ESPN and whatnot to the exceptions list, but when I or a member post a topic with those in the title, they're re-made as Pga, Usga, Lpga, and so on.

    Could you update the application so that these exceptions apply in that direction, too, and not just in the direction of words that shouldn't be capitalized at all?

    @TDBF, would happily pay a small fee for this, as I hate editing topic titles.

    I'm just trying to figure out how he's using those two terms. I appreciate your replies.

    He's using them the way they're used by just about everyone. Email is email, PMs are PMs.

    image.thumb.png.7dd3c4025fa4978078c31e65264c2909.png

    The second tab creates a PM.

    The third one controls an email that's sent.

    The fourth a topic that's created (or added to).

    The fifth a Status Update.
